Dr. Tom Biller
For more than 30 years, Dr. Tom Biller has been a mainstay in the Cleveland community. During this time, Dr. Biller has helped many people through his different business enterprises. In 1976, Dr. Biller founded Health Management Services (HMS) where he continues to be Clinical Director as well as a licensed Psychologist. In addition, he is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Counseling at the Pentecostal Theological Seminary. In 1980, four years after opening HMS, he launched Behavioral Research Institute, Inc. (BRI) which purposes to promote healthy and safe children in Bradley, McMinn, Meigs, Hamilton, Rhea and Polk Counties through the provision of free family services for parents and children.
Michael Bennett is a graduate of the Pentecostal Theological Seminary having obtained a Master of Arts in Mental and Clinical Health Counseling. With a heart to serve his community and to promote healthy and safe children, he works alongside Dr. Biller to increase awareness of child abuse prevention and to empower parents and children to lead healthier and safer lives.
Behavioral Research Institute's group facilitators are Master's-level students with backgrounds in counseling, psychology and social work. These interns are students of local institutions like the Pentecostal Theological Seminary, Lee University, Southern Adventist University, and University of Tennessee - Chattanooga as well as renown online institutions like Capella University, Argosy University and Liberty University. BRI provides these interns with the training experience they need in order to complete requirements towards certification and licensure.
